Our Chef Director, Simon Haigh, prepares seasonal menus for The Dining Room at The Manor House and harvests produce from our kitchen gardens working with local suppliers in Warwickshire to create delicious dishes, mixing modern techniques and trends with long forgotten traditional recipes.
