The Basics
Our modern hotel is located in 120 acres of historic parkland overlooking the Deben Valley. It has 87 bedrooms with a choice of Standard, Superior, and Premier rooms. Many of the rooms have balconies with panoramic views over the golf course and all are non-smoking.

All our bedrooms are well appointed with for example, tea & coffee making facilities, trouser press, internet access, satellite television, and our family rooms have DVD players so that you can bring along your children’s favourite programmes. Our Premier rooms also have a king size bed, separate shower, and a spa bath.

As a resident you can enjoy complimentary access to our Health Club including its gymnasium and deck level swimming pool.

Travelling
Road: From Ipswich – take the A12 north bypassing Woodbridge and then turn right at the roundabout onto the A1152 to Melton. Follow this road down to the first set of traffic lights and turn left onto the B1438 towards Ufford. Ufford Park is approximately 1 mile on your right. From Lowestoft – take the A12 south and exit onto the B1438 to Melton and Ufford. After 300m turn right, signposted Melton, and right again onto Yarmouth Road. Ufford Park is 500m on you left. From M25 – exit at Junction 28 onto the A12 northbound. At Ipswich turn right onto the A14 eastbound towards Felixstowe. Keep on the A14 until Junction 58 for the A12 northbound towards Lowestoft. The directions are then the same as above from Ipswich.

Rail: Intercity line from London Liverpool Street to Woodbridge or Melton. Taxis are available at both stations.

Airports: Stansted Airport – 60 miles, Norwich Airport – 50 miles.

Wining and Dining
Our bar and restaurant are located towards the centre of the complex. The large bar area is laid out as a relaxed coffee bar near the Health Club reception and leads into the sports bar which is complete with pool table and large screen television showing all the latest sports action from Sky TV.

There is also a separate quiet lounge located between the bar and restaurant. This has been comfortably furnished and acts as a tranquil refuge to read your favourite book or enjoy a quiet drink with friends. This room offers table service from the bar and is ideal for pre and post-dinner drinks.

Our restaurant benefits from fantastic views over the golf course and offers a wide selection of locally sourced seasonal ingredients together with an interesting wine list. The bar and restaurant are open every day and families are welcome. We particularly recommend Sunday lunch which is excellent value for money, booking is recommended.

We also offer private dining for larger groups and many of these rooms offer panoramic views over the golf course.

Sports and Leisure
Golfers can enjoy our challenging 18 Hole Par 71 golf course which plays host to prestigious tournaments such as the PGA EuroPro Tour, as televised on Sky Sports, a two tier luxury driving range, 4,000 square feet American Golf Shop and the Doctorgolf Teaching Academy.

Our Health Club includes a large gymnasium and deck level swimming pool and our new luxurious day spa combines a sumptuous state-of-the-art thermal suite with highly trained beauty therapists to form arguably the finest Spa in East Anglia.

We have recently updated our menus and streamlined our whole booking procedure so that we make the whole process as easy and enjoyable as possible for you.

Our function rooms are decorated to a high standard and our largest room can accommodate up to 250 guests for the wedding breakfast and 300 for evening receptions. With nine function rooms in total we can also cater for more intimate events too.

As Fridays and Saturdays are so popular we also offer a 5% discount if you hold your wedding here Sunday to Thursday.
