Ponzu is our new Pan Asian dining experience, with seven exclusive garden dining PODs, including our largest private dining POD which can accommodate up to 14 guests.

Ponzu’s dining menu offers a taste of Asia and includes dishes such as tasty miso teriyaki sirloin with pak choi, Asian smoked salmon, Thai fishcake with Katsu sauce, sticky seabass with Penang bang noodle salad, and Bao Buns with crispy duck or chilli soya.
