The Basics

The Ardoe House was origionally built as a family home and its design based around the splendor of Balmoral Castle. We at Ardoe have taken every care when doing any work to the Hotel to ensure that it is carried out with attention to detail and the love for the style of Hotel.

Ardoe House has ample free parking for its guests and has a couple of lovley day rooms that can be used by our guests to over look the grounds at the Hotel.

Travelling
A90 From the North.

Ellon - Aberdeen Road, coming into Aberdeen on the King Street carry on to Union Street. At the last set of traffic lights on Union Street (Bank of Scotland on left) bear

left onto Holburn Street. When you reach the roundabout take the third exit off. At the next mini roundabout bear left and continue down Holburn Street to the very end.

Turn left at roundabout, across Dee Bridge. Turn right at the roundabout (b9077) sign posted towards Maryculter. We are approximately two and a half miles on the left hand

side.

A90 From the South

Take the main dual carriageway (A90) from Perth/Dundee. You should approach a roundabout on the outskirts of Aberdeen. Take the immediate left turn onto the B9077 sign posted Maryculter. We are approximately two and a half miles on the left handside.

A96 From Aberdeen Airport and Inverness

Follow the signs for the city centre on the A96. turn onto the A90 sign posted Perth/Dundee. follow the dual carriageway over Aberdeen, cross over the bridge of

Dee. Turn right at the roundabout (B9077) sign posted towards Maryculter. We are approximately two and a half miles on the left hand side.

Directions from train station:

Turn left at the traffic lights and keep on the left hand side. Follow the road until the first roundabout and take the third exit off. At the next roundabout turn left over the bridge and take your next right. At the next roundabout take your second left exit off.

By Air

Aberdeen Airport is approximately 7 miles away from our location. Taxis can be located at the main entrance to the Airport upon arrival to Aberdeen
