in our day-to-day business practices. All our employees are regularly
trained to observe strict security concepts and we are continually
reviewing our security stance.
As part of our commitment to privacy we only request the personal
information that we absolutely require to process your hotel booking
or conference/event enquiry. Sensitive information is only stored
for the duration of your enquiry. If a booking is made, your information
is archived for our records in a secure data warehouse disconnected
from our Internet site.
Infotel maintain a strict "No-Spam" policy that means
that we do not intend to sell, rent, or otherwise give your personal
information to a third-party. If you do not tick the email consent
box on the enquiry form we will only contact you via email to discuss
your enquiry or confirm your hotel booking or conference/event enquiry.
