Sherrie, Graham, April and Danny welcome you to the delightful town of Whitby, and will ensure that your first visit to Woodside Villa is the first of many. The owner is an interior designer, and has modelled the interior in the styles popular in London and the Continent. This means that no two rooms are the same, and are decorated with sumptuous wallpapers and textiles throughout, and sourced from some of the best deisgners of the decade.

It was designed on the plans of the Mansion House in London.
It was described as the most handsome house in Whitby.
In 1824 the premises were sold and opened as the Crown Hotel
It remained a hotel until the mid-fifties when it was taken over by the Whitby Working Men's Club. After almost fifty years due to the club becoming unprofitable the property was purchased in 2002 and £2million refurbishment was undertaken restoring it back to its former glory.
