Historic building in the market town of Bromyard, the Hop Pole Hotel is situated on the market square. There is always a warm and friendly welcome at the pub which is inside the hotel.
The rooms are all family rooms with triple sleeper beds, doubles and singles available

Our low rates are due to the fact;
Non of our rooms are en-suite and all use the main house bathroom
No breakfast is included, but is available at the neighbouring Coffee shop
Bedrooms and towels are only serviced on day 3 of long stays
Tea and coffee facilities are available from the first floor drinks service area, self service
Check in is from 4pm-10pm
Check out is 10am
There is a key deposit of £10 per set payable on arrival
Payment is processed at the hotel on the day of arrival via cash or credit/debit card.
Fresh crusty rolls available all day every day with side salad, to eat in or take away at £1.50. Carvery available on Sunday's 12.30-3.30pm with local produce used for £7.95, and children under 10 £3.95, also a choice of deserts are available . Live music is on most weekends from local bands, and a choice of at least 3 real ales always on tap! We also have on our first floor a Georgian function room which is available for conferences etc. Sky sports is available in the bar with a 60inch plasma screen and on big matches a large projector screen. There are several eating places in the town from breakfast in the square at Chunkys cafe next door, or of an evening there are 2 Indian restaurants, a steak bar and several takeaways. Bromyard Downs is less than a mile away where there are the most amazing walks and Worcester and Hereford are both within 15 miles of the town. |

Scant yards from the English border and nestled amidst rolling hills and wonderful open countryside, this Grade II listed building, with its wealth of original exposed beams and timber panelled walls, exudes an atmosphere of luxurious comfort and classic Jacobean elegance.
The hotel today is as rich in amenities as its 16th century structure is in history. With 19 rooms, all fully equipped to the highest standards, 2 restaurants, a residents' lounge, traditional bar and large garden, the Radnorshire Arms can accommodate individuals, couples, families and larger groups in relaxed and spacious surroundings.
We have extended our Public Wi-Fi network to include all of the 'Internal Rooms'. We have also posted our "Access Statement", detailing the availability of all rooms for guests with special mobility requirements.
"The Resisdent's Lounge"
Whilst not a guest room as such, the Resident's Lounge lies at the top of the stairs to the first floor, and would probably have been the Master Bedroom when the original house was built over 500 years ago. This high, spacious room has a large bay window that overlooks the main garden, and windows to the front. A small side room sits above the hotel's main porch, and leading off of this is the 'priest hole' mentioned on our History Page. A pleasant place to sit and relax, with a generous selection of games and books provided, this is also used as a meeting room, or as a place for small private functions and informal corporate occasions.
