i had been briefly dealt with infotel over the last few years, but doing the bulk of accommodation myself… due to knowing that if i did it, then it was correct.
in january this year, we decided to exhibit in germany and due to the vast number of hotel accommodations and different dates required i knew at an early stage i would need help!!! this is where i fell particularly lucky as lee picked the phone up ….believe me the poor boy had his work cut out as it was quite a challenging requirement. he worked endless to find me a hotel at the last minute and never lost his cool with all the on-going changes.
you have a real gem working for you. lee is very professional, has a calming manner and above all listens to my requirements fully - a rare thing these days! his is particularly knowledgeable and will always point me in the right direction whenever needed. his is non-judgemental but due to our excellent working partnership he knows what standards synseal require and again will always assist me in my errors!!!
whilst we have worked together he has never made any mistakes and if he is unsure in my instructions, he will always ring me before proceeding and always confirms our bookings via my e-mail. believe me, by infotel having our company credit cards it just means either a quick e-mail to lee or a phone call, and the job is done – obviously i can then get on with other parts of my job knowing that hotel requirements are being confidently dealt with by him. i trust him implicitly.
whilst i would not wish to embarrass lee in anyway by over-praising, you are exceptionally lucky to have him on your team.
i hope you now know how much he is appreciated by both myself and other directors at synseal and please ensure you pass on our complements to everyone at infotel. keep up the good work!!!!
