Conference - With six main meeting rooms and a further six syndicate rooms, Oatlands Park Hotel is the perfect venue for a board meeting of six or a presentation for 200. All our meeting rooms have natural daylight, air conditioning and free WIFI internet access. Lunch consists of a 3 course buffet in the Broadwater Restaurant or alternatively we can offer a working lunch for up to ten delegates served in the meeting room. Technical support is offered during working hours.
Traveling
By Road
Exit the M25 at junction 11 following the signs to Chertsey. Proceed along the A317 following signs for Weybridge. Follow the road through onto Weybridge High Street. Follow onto Monument Hill Roadabout. Turn Left into Oatlands Drive, and the Hotel is 500 yards on the left.
By Air
London Heatrow is the closest airport at only 16.2 miles/ 26 kilometres away.
London Gatwick is 30.8 miles/ 49.5 kilometres away from the hotel

By Rail

We are licensed for civil ceremonies and we have 3 magnificent rooms to choose from.
We have the more modern contemporary York Suite, which can host up to 300 guests for a wedding ceremony and 220 guests for a sit down wedding reception, with a bar and dance floor in the room it is perfectly self contained.
The Traditional Beautiful Broadwater Restaurant hosts up to 180 guests for a wedding ceremony and 120 guests for a sit down reception, with the terrace overlooking the stunning grounds it is the perfect picture.
The Elegant Drawing Room with a feature fireplace and beautiful views, holds up to 80 guest for a wedding ceremony and 60 guests for a sit down reception, is perfect for the more intimate wedding.
