"The Kings Head Hotel was ok for the price, I suppose I can't complain too much as it was only £44 for a double room. However I would just like to point out a few minor issues I experienced at the Hotel. The bedroom was very small and cramped and I had to move the bedside cabinet as it was blocking the doorway and my wife bruised her leg on it. The shower in the bathroom was wrenched very tight and I had to call a manager to undo it. The water in the sink was scolding hot but unfortunately the water in the shower was not that hot. Also as I went to have a shave, the plug socket was ruined, as if someone had shoved in a plug the wrong size to it and the small light to the shaving area was flickering and was really dangerous that I thought it could set fire. I also think it is a bit cheeky the way the Kings Head Hotel charge their breakfast, it is £4.50 but there is no drink included in this price and it is £2.00 per coffee. This hotel could do with a little bit of tightening and tidying up of certain faults and then it would be fine. Despite these issues, I would stay at the hotel again."
