"Rooms were very warm and windows wouldn't stay open. People were smoking on the fire escape, which blew directly into our window. Slippery fire escape, which had to be used for late night entry. Excellent food and friendly staff. Booking in seemed troublesome with staff unsure how to use computer and a queue of people waiting. Very narrow corridors and steps. Impressive bathroom size and extremely clean. Overall good stay and would recommend."
