Long established family run Guest House Hotel situated in a wonderful part of London near to Essex Border and yet only 20 to 30 minutes to the City of London and West End by Central Line Tube. The Underground Tube Station is a 5 to 10 minute walk away. We are sited in a very pleasant residential street. At the end of the road is a fantastic array of shops, services and facilities. These include an Odeon Cinema, Waitrose, Marks and Spencer, Sainsbury's, and Pizza Express as well as many other privately run and independent Food Stores, restaurants, Coffee Houses and takeaways to suit all budgets. Additionally we have several Banks, Building Societies on our doorstep and a well stocked Library. Epping Forest is at the top of the road for a nice walk. We are very close to the M11 and M25 Motorways and the A406 North Circular Road. Heathrow Airport is about an hour away by Underground or Road. Stansted Airport is about a 30 minute drive. The area we are located in has a really fantastic and friendly atmosphere and an unrivalled position within South Woodford as we are centrally positioned.
Most of our rooms have been refurbished in the last two years with the final four in the process. Our occupancy rate reflects our popularity and value for money. All rooms have a TV and complimentary products namely Tea, Coffee, biscuits and soap. Additionally,towels are provided. Our prices include a Full English Breakfast together with a choice of cereals. We have internet access available for a nominal charge.
