"My stay at the Best Western Cheltenham Regency Hotel was pleasant; the hotel room was nice although we were given a disabled room when we did not require it. The reception staff were a bit unhelpful when requesting anything from them. The hotel was clean and tidy throughout. The breakfast was nice and so was the evening meal although we did have to wait 2 hours for our meal to come. I would quite happily stay at the Hotel again if the price was the same as this time as I found it very good value for money."

The nearby Cheltenham Race Course is the venue of the famous Cheltenham Festival of National Hunt Racing and the Gold Cup.
