Downs View Guest House is a family run business that has been established for over 60 years and has been in the same hands for the last 30 years. Our well-established Victorian guesthouse has recently been tastefully refurbished and admirably reflects the period of its time. Downs View Guest House has retained the character, charm and atmosphere of a large family house whilst maintaining all the modern conveniences that one would expect from such an establishment. We are near Bristol Zoo, Clifton Suspension Bridge, Bristol University, Clifton College, and a vast array of restaurants, shops and bus routes. The Guest House enjoys magnificent views over the Downs at the front and right over the city at the back. We are situated one and a half miles north of the city centre at the top of Whiteladies Road.
