The Courtlands is a three-star hotel in Brighton and Hove, located in a prestigious tree-lined avenue within a short walk of the seafront, and minutes from Brighton's busy conference and commercial centre.

This Brighton hotel has 75 rooms and suites, all en-suite, and three conference and function rooms. Our facilities include an award-winning restaurant, popular lounge bar, wireless broadband throughout the hotel, and a private car park.

Our well appointed bedrooms are all en-suite, featuring flat panel LCD colour TV, direct-dial telephone, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries and stationery as standard.

Family rooms and suites accommodate from 3 to 5 people, providing comfort in style for all the family. Cots are provided on request.

Nick's Place, our in-hotel restaurant, is open to the public and, of course, to guests. The restaurant is the recipient of an RAC Dining Award. The menu offers a fine choice of European cuisine, including vegetarian and children's dishes. Traditional Sunday lunch is a specialty. Use the links on the left to see the menus. Booking is advised for dinner. Our popular afternoon teas are served from 2pm to 6pm. 

Breakfast for guests is served between 7:00am and 9:30am. Choose from a full English, Continental or vegetarian breakfast, or mix and match as you wish.

The Hamilton Club Room & Bar is open from 11:00am till late. Bar snacks and a wide range of drinks and aperitifs are available.
