The Hambro Arms is located in the picturesque and historic village of Milton Abbas, in the heart of beautiful Dorset. Milton Abbas, which features on many picture postcards of Dorset, is a 'chocolate box' village, with identical thatched cottages and a unique history. It is believed to be the first 'planned village' in England.
The bar and restaurant with rooms, offers exceptional food and newly-refurbished, contemporary bedrooms offering all of the charm of the historic building with modern conveniences.

The Hambro Arms has two spacious bars and a charming restaurant. Our customers can relax in front of our open fire and enjoy a range of local ales and spirits, or choose from our wide selection of quality wines. Our food offering caters for every occasion. Whether it is a lunch time snack or a special meal, we have the menu to suit. We offer a selection of traditional pub food as well as a specials board that changes daily and offers dishes for that special occassion in our elegant restaurant.
We are also able to cater for weddings and other functions and can seat up to 50 in our restaurant.

Milton Abbas is located 3 miles from the A354 between Blandford Forum and Dorchester.
From the West
From Dorchester take the A35. On the dual carriageway, take the exit for the A354 Blandford Forum. Proceed on the the A354 until Milborne St Andrew. Turn left in the middle of the village signposted Milton Abbas and follow the road to the village. Once in the village, proceed up the main street. The Hambro Arms is on the right-hand side of the road.
From the East
From Blandford Forum take the A354 signposted Dorchester. Inthe centre of Winterborne Whitechurch at The Milton Arms turn right signposted Milton Abbas. After entering the village turn left signposted Milton Abbey. The Hambro Arms is 200 meters down the hill on the left.
