Set in an impressive early Victorian villa, Ascot House is a hotel run by Bernard, a French expatriate. He is partnered by Janice, who is English. Ascot House Hotel has now been fully refurbished into a small 'boutique' hotel with 3 suites and 5 bedrooms. It has free off-road parking and is most conveniently situated within a short walking distance of Torquay’s Casino, Town Hall, town centre & shops, sea front, marina and the Riviera Conference Centre. All rooms, including our 3 luxury suites have been fully refurbished and have en-suite facilities or private bathrooms, hospitality trays, wall-mounted LCD TVs, free WiFi. Reflecting Bernard and Janice's respective nationalities, they are furnished in either a French period style or with traditional Victorian furniture. The hotel has smoking rooms or rather, rooms with balconies, on which we permit smoking.
