Steam Packet Apartments, located above Route 2 Café Bar, recall the steam packets that used to sail from Topsham Quay to London once a week, a journey that took three days. Today our beautifully refurbished, fully serviced apartments further recall this era with maritime decorations and with outstanding estuary views looking out across Topsham Quay.
The three centrally located Steam Packet Apartments are run as an annexe to the nearby Globe’s hotel accommodation, and offer an option that is unique to Topsham: fully serviced hotel-style accommodation in roomy, self-contained apartments that are fresh, modern, and well-equipped with basic kitchen facilities (induction hob, oven and dishwasher).
The light and airy apartments have self-contained bedrooms, en-suite bath or shower rooms, sitting rooms, free WiFI internet connection, and flat-screen televisions.
The Steam Packet Apartments are available to let by the single night or by the week.
As Topsham has such great food shops, you can shop, live and cook like a local, in comfortable and modern hotel style accommodation, even for just a single night.
This licensed eco-café, formerly the Steam Packet Inn, offers an alternative eating and drinking venue that appeals to young and not-so-young alike. We are also establishing ourselves as Topsham's cycling hub.
In addition to our eco-café, we offer accommodation in the Steam Packet Apartments in three well-equipped and fully serviced apartments that are available by the night or week.
