"The hotel is desperate for a make over and some money spent. Better security on access doors and a discount for food if you are resident. Overall reasonable value for money but beware others can offer better accommodation for same value. It was only the location on this occasion for me that tipped the balance."

Located one mile from J30 of the M5 and within a 3 mile radius of the hotel is Exeter's historic city centre, Exeter International Airport, Westpoint Exhibition Centre, Sowton and Marsh Barton industrial estates and we are only a 30 minute drive from the major tourist attractions of Dartmoor and Torbay. An ideal location if you are exploring Devon or a handy stopover on your way to Cornwall.
