The Arlington House Hotel especially welcomes commercial travellers and tourists. We do not provide a cooked breakfast, but
breakfast is self-service continental type. We provide good quality comfortable accommodation. Each room has a fridge and microwave. The hotel allows you to be flexible as to arrival and departure because you do not need to obtain a key. The hotel is situated on the
main road to Exeter (SEVEN MILES, 20 minutes), five minutes from Junction M5/jn28 (Cullompton), fifteen minutes from the airport and Cranbrook. There is also access to the Streatham Campus end of Exeter via Killerton and the Tiverton Road. Across the road is a National Trust wood. Nearby there is a fishing lake, quad bike centre and an antique warehouse. The Killerton estate surrounds us, with Killerton House and parkland (open all year) two miles away. The rooms are elegant with facility to work at a desk, relax or eat. There is an LCD television with freeview and recording ability. A radio, hairdryer and hostess tray is provided. The new ensuites are spacious with a modern shower enclosure, washbasin and w.c. The beds are comfortable with high quality white satin stripe duvets. We pride ourselves on a high standard of cleanliness.

Traveling
From Junction 28, M5, follow signs for Cullompton and B3181 and then for Hele. Four miles from the junction. We are on the corner of the right turning for Hele. From Exeter (seven miles) follow from Heavitree and Pinhoe up the B3181. We are on the junction at the turning to Hele. Or from Exeter, Bonhay Road, New North Road to Stoke Canon. Turn right by the church for Huxham and Killerton House. Just past Killerton House, turn right for Broadclyst and left at the B3181, then as above after passing Beare.
