"Needs dragging into the 21st century. Food was good value but very basic. Fantastic selection of real ales and well priced. Staff were friendly and very helpful but were multitasking. The location is very quiet even more so after 6pm. The stay was pleasant enough for this quiet back water fenland town."

Description

The Rose and Crown Hotel has a history which stretches back 600 years. It has welcomed Royalty and Commoners alike and many grand events have taken place here. Today the Rose and Crown is the largest hotel in Wisbech and is the only hotel to offer full hotel facilities and service. The Rose and Crown Hotel has 30 rooms all with en-suite toilet, bath and shower facilities. Rooms comprise single, twin and double rooms and some rooms have corner baths. The Hotel has 2 four poster suites, the Bridal suite with an extra large bathroom for Bridal preparations and the Laughton suite with a relaxing lounge.
