The Lion is a 15th Century Grade II listed Building, rescued from Corporate ownership in 1982. For the discerning visitor it offers a friendly personal welcome, whether for a meeting, a meal or a comfortable room.

The Great Hall retains its original 15th Century fireplace, burning natural logs for a warm welcome. What better place to relax with a drink from the bar or to enjoy a bar meal. The oak panelled restaurant has an excellent reputation for carefully prepared food using local produce.
