M25 – From Dartford QE2 Bridge
Continue on the M25 for about 5 miles in the Gatwick/Heathrow (west) direction.
There are 2 junction 3 exits. DO NOT take the 1st one (M20) – Continue on M25 to the 2nd, which is signposted A20 – SE London/Lewisham/Brands Hatch/Swanley.
At lights, take 2nd exit towards West Kingsdown/Brands Hatch. The hotel and circuit are situated approx. 3 miles along the A20 on the left.
M25 – From Gatwick

The De Havilland Suite
The ideal venue for Wedding breakfasts up to 250 guests. This versatile suite is self-contained with its own bar situated in the main room itself. The suite also boasts a central dance floor, ideal should you wish to extend your celebrations into the evening with music and dancing. Late license can be applied for.
A room hire may be applicable dependant on your date and numbers of guests.
Genevieve’s Restaurant, Courtyard, & Falcon Suite
Genevieve’s provides the perfect romantic setting with its Romanesque style décor and can cater for up to 120 guests for the wedding breakfast.
The restaurant has direct access into the inner courtyard with garden seating. In warm weather this is perfect for arrival drinks and for a few photographs. Alternatively arrival drinks will be served in the Falcon Suite.
Evening receptions may take place in Genevieve’s and you have the option of dancing in this room or for an additional charge you may also use the Falcon Suite all evening.
A room hire may be applicable dependant on your date and number of guests.
The Dove & Falcon Suites
The Dove Suite may be used for receptions of up to 45 guests and the Falcon Suite is perfect for an intimate family gathering of up to 25 guests.
Civil Wedding Ceremonies
The Thistle Hotel Brands Hatch is licensed to hold civil marriage ceremonies. This allows you to take your vows outside in the Courtyard Garden or inside in Genevieve’s Restaurant providing couples with an alternative to a formal church wedding, thus enabling you to enjoy your entire day at one unique venue.
On confirmation of your Wedding we will book the ceremony on your behalf. All you need to do is select the time you wish to get married between 9.00am – 5.00pm. You will then receive a letter from the Superintendent Registrar advising you what to do next and the documents & fees that are required.
• Both the Courtyard Garden & Genevieve’s Restaurant are licensed to hold Civil Ceremonies
• A facility fee will be charged for use of either area for the ceremony
• Photographs may be taken during the ceremony
• Food & Beverages are not permitted by law in the marriage room/area one hour prior to and during the ceremony. Once the ceremony has taken place the reception may take place in the same room
• Smoking is not permitted by law in any public area of the hotel, except in designated smoking bedrooms
Also available is the opportunity for couples to renew their vows and Civil Partnerships.

How long can we provisionally hold space for?
We will hold your provisional booking for 14 days without obligation. At this time we require your confirmation.
How do we confirm our booking?
With a letter of confirmation, along with a non-refundable deposit of £500.00. You must also at this stage return a signed copy of the Booking Terms & Conditions. Please note that until we have a signed copy of the Terms & Conditions your reservation will still be considered provisional.
Once received we will send you a receipt for your deposit together with a confirmation of the date booked.
What details do you need & when?
Approximately 6-8 weeks prior to your big day we will ask that you come in and see your Wedding Co-ordinator to discuss your chosen Wedding breakfast, reception drinks, evening buffet, entertainment and timings. However, if you feel that you need to ask questions or arrange details at anytime in the preceding months your Wedding Co-ordinator will be only too happy to help.
When do we meet our Event Manager who will look after us on the day?
4 weeks in advance we will invite you to a meeting with your Wedding Co-ordinator and Event Manager. At this stage we will also finalise all details.

The hotel is situated at the entrance to Brands Hatch racing Circuit where a number of corporate and personal activities & experiences can be booked.
Also close to the hotel is Treejumpers Adventure Centre. Choose from Team Dynamics, Management Development Training, Away days or just Alternative Country Pursuits such as Husky Sledding or Zip Wires and High Ropes.
