said: "Unfortunately our first experience of this hotel was not that great, we went to bed about 12.30, only to be woken up around 1.30am with loads of noise outside our door, the room next to us was playing music and there was constant talking and opening and shutting of doors. We phoned reception and they sent someone up to advise the kids who were making this noise to be quiet, this lasted for 5 mins when they started up again after the security guard had left the scene. We then phoned reception again and they sent another security person to advise the kids again to be quiet (we actually watched him through the spyhole in the door to our room telling these kids to stay in their rooms. This lasted again for about 5 mins, by this time my partner went and complained to reception to get us moved to another room, which they did, but this was now 3.30 in the morning. To top it off when we went to breakfast they had not let us know that they had changed the room number for breakfast to the new room."
