said: "On first night extremely noisy (young) guests staying in room next door. Lots of activity in and out of room till approx 5am. Telephones needed in rooms to contact a member of staff to deal with such problems because you dare not do this yourself these days for fear of repercussion!"

said: "Engineer arrived at the hotel, bedroom was above a kitchen extractor fan and the room smelt, sheets were dirty and the staff not very helpful. Wasn't even checked in, told he was going to do it later. "
