said: "When I checked in, I was not told there is not Internet in the hotel. I was not advised about the 72 hours cancellation condition. I moved in and realized lights in the bedroom don't work, hairdryer didn't work either. Neither did the remote control. In the morning I asked to fixed it. When I came back not only nothing was fixed but also bed undone, and the cups were just rinsed (not washed! I wonder what sanitary inspection says about this). I called reception to request to fix everything. They said they will send someone. After two hours of waiting I call them again and they said they sent someone and he fixed it! I must be a ghost as no one came - All the time I was in the room sitting and waiting for that person. Anyway, I said I can't stay there and they said no you can't check out cause we have 72 hours cancellation period. I moved out anyway. I didn't want to stay there. I am now staying in a wonderful hotel across and down the street for the same price but much higher quality."
