Would Stay Again		Private (on 09/07/2008 19:17:00) said: "We had the family en-suite room and although it was basic it was clean and tidy. The only problem was the shower, the water ran out of it like it was coming out of a tap so that wasn't the best of standards. The breakfast was fine. Staff friendly and helpful. Location was good, close to a couple tube stations (Bayswater and Queensway) and the beautiful Hyde Park. Overall very happy with our stay and would stay there again."

My room was at the top ... the heating did not work at all so it was freezing, the walls and carpet were filthy, the mattress had no cover, the curtain was hanging off and the curtain pole was a piece of copper tube. Walls were paper thin. The room was made up but the room looks like it has not been done up in 50 yrs. London hotels are very expensive but this room is still not worth 100 euro.. it simply would not be tolerated anywhere else. "
