The carpet was filthy, the bathroom floor was filthy, the panel on the side of the bath was hanging on with a loose screw! The tea cups and tea spoons were dirty! It looked as if some one had left in the morning and the only thing changed in the room was the sheets! The bed was broken and fixed with a few thin pieces of metal! You couldn't open the wardrobe doors for the bed being next to it! My boyfriend suffers from extreme asthma and that room was a death trap to him! We couldn't close the curtains due to the dust on them being put in to the air! We stayed in the room for only one night which was too much on its own! The hotel is VERY over priced for what your getting! The hotel its self is in VERY poor condition! We travelled a total of 8 hours to get to the hotel and were very upset with what we were met with! We only booked this hotel because of a recommendation but I shall NEVER stay again.

I did not eat there, as the areas you could see were filthy so I dread to think what the areas you could not see were like. The rooms smelt of smoke when people in nearby rooms were smoking. There was an outer door to the bathroom (onto a small balcony), which did not close properly, or lock so we could not leave anything in the room and had to carry it around with us. Also our room did not have satellite TV as stated. At £70 per night this was of a very poor standard. "
