said: "We stayed in the Polly Page room on Valentines Day and wanted you to know that our stay in your hotel was excellent. From the moment of making the booking to the moment we checked out everyone was very friendly & very helpful. We could not have felt more welcome. The food & service in the restaurant was wonderful, including breakfast. Although unexpected the champagne in our room was an excellent touch and summed up your attention to detail for what was a special occasion for us. "
