said: "The room was comfortable although the shower didn't work but the service was appalling. There was no evening meal available on the Friday night and although breakfast was advertised to start at 7.30am we were told that it didn't start until 8.00am and when we went down at 8.00 they said that the Chef hadn't come in yet and would we wait. We said that we had a long journey 260 miles and we wanted an early start. We had tea and toast and left. It was not what we expect when we have paid 85 pounds for the room."
