said: "I stayed on Friday night and the atmosphere was completely effervescent. The staff were cheerful and friendly. My wife and I departed on the 3rd of December. We were quite sad to be leaving. As we are an elderly couple we were finding it hard to carry our luggage around. However as soon as the receptionist saw this she immediately jumped into the lobby and carried the bags for us. There were two girls and I took special note of their names. They were Catherine and Sara. I'd like to thank the hotel for my truly amazing stay. Lovely facilities and extra special staff."
