Can't recommend highly enough.

In my opinion, the reception staff were generally pleasant and helpful and although the location was in a service area adjacent to a McDonalds and a Petrol Station, it was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was included in the tariff and was fairly good.
Unfortunately, the standard of accommodation was extremely poor and the room was very, very tired and desperately in need of updating. Decor was shabby with a large dead "Daddy Long-Leg" squash on the wall just at head height above the sofa. The sheets appeared clean, but the duvets I felt were in appalling, grubby looking and faded condition, and also didn't match (twin-bedded room). The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable, and probably suffering from old-age. Bedding was of poor quality.
The bathroom, although reasonably clean, was also very tired and dated.
In general, poor value for money.........would not return or recommend!.

Breakfast ok but some items ran out and staff had to be prompted to get more, staff never seem to check and see if items needed topping up.
