said: "I use The County Hotel for convenience only. Pretty basic. My booking through you clearly stated single occupancy in double room en-suite. When I arrived they tried to fob me off with single room with shower only. I refused and was finally allocated as per booking. Not very helpful information. in room i.e. had to go seeking out information for restaurant times etc. In other words I have stayed at better hotels for the same sort of price. But would use again only for convenience as I have stated above."
