said: "Excellent accommodation, did tell the Hotel staff though my bathroom was damp, which they said they will sort out. Had a nice quiet room, Good value for money. Very pleased with the Hotel, staff were very nice and courteous. Would definitely recommend this Hotel and will stay here again."

said: "I thought the Receptionist was brusque and slow. The standard of room was below par. Shower lacked pressure and head would not adjust. Taps missing their tops. Dining room furniture badly worn. Piano was intrusive until nearly midnight. I expected better for the price and will probably not return.

said: "Rooms very disappointing. Wine and water missing from rooms, had to ask for it, No bar at bar when arrived at 4pm tender had to ask for one. Very little food in restaurant for breakfast again had to ask for certain food. Staff extremely noisy in breakfast area and they removed plates from table whilst others still eating.
Very disappointed in hotel will not recommend.

said: "First room given had half floor tiles missing from bathroom, 2nd room OK - beds very hard, only had sheet & top covering, was cold in night - could do with duvets, most hotels have them, blankets are heavy & not laundered very often -room service food was horrible, had to ask for towels, ask for 2 glasses for wine, was sent 2 pint glasses - paid for film, the sound quality was so poor only heard some of it - swimming was good though!"

said: "Stayed Tall Trees many times. It is a fine hotel and the staff are friendly apart from one or two of the waiters in the restaurant. Nice bar, unusual layout and decor, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. General slight air of being a bit run down in some areas particularly wooden floors and carpeting of some corridors."

said: "Check in was very effiecient. Check was very abrupt. Service at breakfast was not good. Staff too intent on changing tables for lunch. Not offered any toast or coffee. Just told to use the buffet. Had to find own glass for fruit juice and get own coffee.
