There was no proper shower in the room, and the furniture was falling apart! Also there was not a 24hr room service. If you stay here you need to bear in mind that this is not a modern hotel with all the facilities you would expect these days."

Would Stay Again		Private (on 27/01/2007 10:04:00) said: "Have stayed here many times. The hotel is a bit rough around the edges but I love the history and atmosphere of it. It makes a change of the clinical feel you get from some of the more modern hotels. This time however, room was a bit grubby, ie the bed cover had stains on it and there was a cigarette butt in the toilet!"
