said: "Very dirty and tired looking room, I was told on arrival that there was no breakfast the following morning and no compensation as there was a selection of biscuits in the room. This was not the case I had a 3 pack of out of date digestives and that was it. The kettle lead was worn with wires exposed where it connected to the kettle. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in."

said: "The service @ The Tree Tops was excellent. Definitely some of the best service I have received from a Hotel. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was very poor. Examples are: food remnants, hairs, etc on the carpet, bedding had cigarette burns in, shower did not work, etc. 2 of the most important things (in my view) from any hotel are 1) cleanliness 2) security. I did not feel overly secure in this room (no 5), no safety catch on the external door, unable to lock the door, etc. The service was so good, I did not like to complain."
