		Angus Nimmo (on 06/03/2007 13:31:00) said: "The swimming pool area was very poor. Blinds and window full of condensation. They were kept closed as the view of the outside was of Garbage. Very dark as a result. No ventilation. The changing room for gents was dreadfully small with a 3 inch pool of water covering the area. I believe the ladies area was similar. Advertised that rooms had DVD, Plasma Screen TV's and highlighted that it was a castle that was on offer. Surely the trades description is being violated. I have never been in a colder dinning area or bar area ever. The dinner was very poor with very little on the plate. Drink was exceptionally expensive. It was like a cattle market on the Sunday morning trying to obtain a satisfactory breakfast. Everything seemed to be running short with no member of staff identifying the need to replenish the food etc. I was really annoyed that I had pain £99 for B & B and £120 for dinner, B & B. We had 14 members of our family attending the hotel as a special event. "
