We got a box of chocolates when we left. All this means that we enjoyed it very much indeed. I am going to have a warm shower now, because I did not have one for 3 days. It was an excellent experience.

The bedding had obviously not been changed from the previous occupiers of the room. Our workforce checked in after working all day and therefore, there had been sufficient time in which to carry this task out before they occupied the room. Needless, to say, we will not be using the Toronto again."

The breakfast was disappointing as the bacon looked like it had been out all week!
The staff were friendly and helpful if I was looking for a positive!"

First impressions were `Oh My God` what the hell am I doing here as it really is stuck in a 1970s time warp and definately looked better in the pictures on the website. I was pretty disappointed at first with my room having asked for a non smoking room to find it smelled of smoke when I walked in, and had an ash tray next to the bed. To watch tv and boil the kettle at the same time meant lifting the kettle up and plugging into the only other available power socket on other side of room. Or you unplugged the tv in order to put the kettle on. On plus side bed was comfy and room was very clean!!
En suite would be a little misleading as basically it was a cupboard attached to the room which was just big enough to house a toilet and a shower. No room to swin"

I had a very big day so I really could have benifited from a good nights sleep, it just didn`t happen. Breakfast was really nice, and the hotel staff were nice it`s just a shame the rest of it was a bit of a nightmare. I wouldn`t stay again, nor would I reccomend it to anyone else."
