said: "We found the room's decor to be dated and didn't particularly enjoying being in the room! Food and service was ok. Despite being warned about possible noise we didn't anticipate it being so bad, however saying this that was the least disappointing aspect of our stay. The location of the hotel was great, right in the middle of town."
Hotel's Reply: having read your comments and taken on board what issues have been raised our rooms are undergoing a refurbishment including all hotel hallways. Since taking over the establishment we have modernised the downstairs area considerably and are focusing on the upper part of the hotel over the comming weeks. we hope if you were to come back you would see a great improvment from your last visit. many thanks on 02/10/2008 12:38:44
