said: "My wife and I are no strangers to The Bluebell and have enjoyed our stays there before, but even more so this time. The recently completed modernisation work at the Lodge has resulted in much improved and more comfortable accommodation. The new room price is just right for what is offered, and the cost of breakfast in the Lodge and other meals in the adjacent pub restaurant are also excellent value for money.
Staff members are in general helpful and responsive, which was much appreciated on this occasion as they also successfully catered for family and friends following my late mother's funeral. All in all, The Bluebell Lodge and Pub Restaurant represent excellent overall value for money in a convenient and safe location for either business and pleasure needs."

The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. I'm in Acklam again towards the end of the month and so have booked myself into the Blue Bell Lodge again."

said: "Unfortunately we were not impressed with the Blue Bell Hotel. For the price the room was small and the food was of very poor quality. Whilst the breakfast was adequate it could have been improved with some muffins, croissants, etc as part of the continental breakfast offerings."
