said: "Lumley Castle what can I say apart from FANTASTIC. We attended a Wedding on 25.10.07 and everything was perfect, staff very friendly & helpful dressed in there Medieval attire. Room very clean & in fitting with the period of the castle. Location could not be more central for anyone visiting the North-East of England & its many sights and attractions. Bar & Food Tariff a little on the expensive side but as can be expected at such a high class hotel. "
