said: "My room was lovely, as I believe they have just refurbished them all. The only negative thing I would say was that we had a 'Water Tank' above us, so it made a lot of noise all night, and did not get a good sleep. We had a Full Breakfast each morning - the first 2 mornings, we were just given a cup of tea, and then by the last morning, we were actually given a Pot of Tea, served by a lovely lady. I would stay here again, as good location to the University, and would recommend to others. In fact we are going back to Chester again. All the staff were very helpful."

Mouldy loose shower head, paint flaking off bathroom ceiling. Only just enough room to get past end of the bed.
Cigarette ash on windowsill, noisey. "
