said: "My visit to this hotel was my first time in Ashford. The hotel was very nice, and extremely clean, the maids kept asking us if there was anything we needed. We only ate breakfast during our stay, and it was hot and lovely. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The only down side to this hotel is the location. We travelled to Ashford by train and so we needed a taxi to our hotel. We were visiting my son and grandson and needed taxis wherever we went, as there wasn`t anything close enough to the hotel to walk. On the whole though, this was a good hotel, and I would stay here again. "
