said: "Staff friendly and helpful - overall the Comfort Inn at Arundel goes out of its way. The only place I know where you can turn up a couple of hours before official check-in, and they smile and sort you out a room. It's also great to find a place that still welcomes cash. Can't recommend highly enough. "

said: "Took too long to answer front desk phone when we arrived in room and found water on floor (appeared to be leak from toilet cistern overflow), but did offer another room without hesitation. Breakfast ok but some items ran out and staff had to be prompted to get more, staff never seem to check and see if items needed topping up. "
