The Old Mill is a Bed and Breakfast situated on the Yorkshire Wolds, surrounded by open fields and rolling countryside. We have nine luxury en-suite rooms and a restaurant serving breakfast and evening meals to residents throughout the week.
On a clear day you can see, not quite forever, but over the Yorkshire Wolds to the distant North Sea from our first floor en-suite rooms. The Old Mill, here at Langtoft near Driffield, is a delightful Bed and Breakfast, tucked away in a peaceful, tranquil setting, but within easy reach of Pickering, York, Beverley, Malton, Bridlington and Scarborough. Consequently, The Old Mill is an ideal base for both tourists and business people, many of whom also now see the Old Mill’s peaceful setting as the ideal venue for conferences, corporate bonding etc. The Bed and Breakfast is situated within a short driving distance of Beverley racecourse and is an ideal venue for racegoers who want to combine a day at the races with a relaxing break.
Dating back to the 17th century, The Old Mill was formerly the farm house attached to the corn mill. Now the authentic charm has been retained fully whilst at the same time incorporating present day requirements in the form of comfortable en-suite guest bedrooms, the resident`s restaurant, an impressive bar, banqueting facilities and is the setting for a number of social and business functions. All in this perfect location overlooking the Yorkshire Wolds!
Our guest bedrooms are comfortably furnished in keeping with the character of the building and are centrally heated with colour television, beverage making facilities and hair dryer. A trouser press and ironing equipment is available on request. Tariffs are inclusive of breakfast and the attractive well stocked licensed bar includes a range of draught beers. An resident`s menu is available for evening dining and is served in the attractive restaurant.
From the M62 take junction 37 and follow the A614/A613 towards Bridlington and the east coast. You will pass through Home-upon-Spalding Moor, Middleton, Bainton and then you will join the Driffield bypass. The B1249 is clearly signed and you proceed 6 miles north on this road to langtoft. The Hotel is clearly signed half a mile past Langtoft.

Our bar offers a selection of lagers and cask ales and provides a relaxing atmosphere. Pets are welcome i the bar area. The restaurant offers a wide choice of traditional english fare, we are renowned for our steaks - all our beef is sourced from the local "Givendale" herd.We have a wide variety of seafoods on our menu - all locally sourced from Bridlington, and finally our deserts are definitely worth trying - they are all homemade and taste and look wonderful!
