Kesgrave Hall

Hall Road Kesgrave, Ipswich, Suffolk IP5 2PU - United Kingdom
Booking Line: +44 (0)1775 843417

Welcome to Kesgrave Hall

A superb joint venture between Milsom Hotels and Hills Group.

The bistro restaurant has everything you would expect, inventive food alongside classics such as the delightful fish and chips, a buzzing but relaxed atmosphere and wonderful service from a friendly and professional team. Although you cannot book at Kesgrave it is open all day! so you can arrive when you choose.

The `stay` part of eat, drink, stay (our milsoms mantra!) could not be any more enjoyable. The Principal suites, whilst lavish and grand, are competitively priced and all bedrooms are beautifully designed and fully equipped with the very latest TVs and MP3 players. The bathroom products are lovely too!

This should be our motto at Kesgrave Hall, milsoms in Dedham and the

Ha`Penny Bistro at The Pier at Harwich! What it simply means is that milsoms Kesgrave Hall is open throughout the day for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The 100 seat restaurant certainly has plenty of theatre with an open-plan kitchen allowing diners to see exactly what goes on in the kitchen, or `the engine room`, as it`s referred to on the sign! Head Chef Stuart Oliver and his brigade of chefs champion all that is great about Suffolk produce, plus there is a daily specials board allowing them to make full use of seasonal produce.

Children are not left out and we positively encourage them - as long as they`re well behaved! There`s a special kid`s menu available throughout the day.

We are open all day...

Full menu from 12 noon right through to 9.30 pm

(10.00 pm Friday and Saturday nights)

We`ve had a slight change to the menu on Sundays at Kesgrave Hall. The FULL brasserie menu will be available from 12 noon until 9.30pm (same as during the week) but with the addition of two roasts. Sounds delicious, no rush - turn up when you`re hungry!

milsoms Kesgrave Hall has twenty three über cool en-suite bedrooms ranging from standard through to principal. All of our principal rooms have plenty of WOW factor, some of them even have bathtubs in their rooms and huge walk in showers. Our aim is to run an exciting yet informal hotel offering great value in a relaxed environment.

All rooms have exceptionally comfortable beds, crisp white linen, fluffy towels and are equipped with a mini bar, satellite television, tea/coffee facilities and of course, free wi-fi, is there any other way?

We have double, corporate and single rates - just ask! Our rates are inclusive of VAT but do not include breakfast. We do, however, offer `breakfast on the go` (as well as full English and continental in the restaurant) which includes coffee/tea, a croissant, and a piece of fruit for you to take away with our compliments – perfect if you`re in a rush and haven`t time for a full English!

Kesgrave Hall is the perfect venue for either a business or leisure visit. Situated just off the A12 between Ipswich and Woodbridge the Suffolk Heritage Coast with towns and villages such as Aldeburgh, Southwold, Walberswick and Dunwich are all within a 30 minute drive and well worth a visit.
