Hotel Celebrity

Hotel Celebrity (formerly Quality Hotel) is situated on Bournemouth's exclusive East Cliff, close to the award winning blue flag sandy beaches and the beautiful Bournemouth Gardens.

The New Forest and Dorset countryside are only a short drive or bus trip away. The hotel is easily accessed by road and rail with the railway and bus station both only half a mile away. Bournemouth Airport is a 15 minute drive and a shuttle bus leaves from the end of the road once every hour between 7:00-19:00. All the bedrooms are en-suite with flat screen Tv and complimentary courtesy trays. There is also a restaurant, the popular "Birdcage" Bar with an extensive range of snacks and meals, garden and decking areas. We also have ample car parking which is free to residents! We have free wifi throughout the Hotel in the public areas and all bedrooms. A minimum of 2 night stays are required at weekends during busy periods.

Situated on the exclusive East Cliff of Bournemouth, The Hotel Celebrity is just a short stroll from the award winning blue flag sandy beaches, the town centre, beautiful gardens and the many other attractions that Bournemouth provides. All guests are able to take advantage of the spacious public lounges at the Hotel Celebrity. The Hotel Celebrity was Tony Hancock’s childhood home. The Sherlock Holmes Restaurant serves meals to our residents and is also open to the public.

The Basics
54 en-suite bedrooms all situated on the 1st & 2nd floors and easily accessible by lift and/or stairs. There are 2 disabled bedrooms with showers large enough for wheelchair access.
All public areas are on the Ground Floor and have level accessibility.

Travelling
By Car (from the A338):
- Travelling west along the A338 towards Bournemouth:
- Turn left at the St Paul's roundabout (you should be able to see an Asda store on the left-hand side).
- At the next roundabout (Bournemouth station roundabout), proceed straight across, making sure you are in the left-hand lane, marked Ring Road.
- At the next roundabout (St Swithin's), follow the road along. This will bring you into Gervis Road.
- At the next roundabout (Meyrick Road), carry on straight across and the Hotel Celebrity is the second hotel on the left.

Parking:
The hotel has 2 car parks, both of which are free of charge to hotel guests.

Wining and Dining
Our Sherbourne Restaurant offers an enticing menu incorporating fresh local ingredients together with an excellent wine list. Alternatively you can dine in the exclusive Blue Moon restaurant, which offers a more intimate fine dining experience. You can also enjoy a mouth-watering selection of light meals and snacks in the modern and contemporary Hancocks Bar and Restaurant.
