Built in 1710, Park Hall Country Estate is set in 132 acres of private parkland. This private family home offers a warmth and grandeur away from the stresses of everyday life. There is a tennis court and heated indoor swimming pool available to guests. There is a quiet place to relax in the Morning Room or take a stroll in the beautiful grounds. Recently redesigned to cater for the Executive market this home is as welcoming to business guests, tourists and all visitors to the beautiful Worcestershire countryside. It is a 15 minute drive from M42 Junction 1. Blakedown and Kidderminster train stations are both within a 5-minute drive and provide access to Worcester and Birmingham. Birmingham International Airport, the NEC and ICC are about 45 minutes' drive away. Cheltenham Racecourse is a similar travelling time.The Basics The facilities at Park Hall Executive Estate are that of a very grand family home which is exactly what it is. The accommodation made up of executive rooms, family and executive suites. The description of Garden can hardly convey the 132 acres of parkland and formal garden Executive guests can enjoy.Travelling Park Hall, Near Blakedown, Worcestershire, DY10 3NL From Birmingham For the Main Entrance: Continue on A456 towards Kidderminster After approximately 3 miles you will enter a small village called Blakedown After leaving Blakedown village the road becomes a dual carriageway Continue up the dual carridge way until you reach Hodgehill Garden Centre on your left hand side, perform a U turn in the Garden Centre car park and cross the dual carridge way heading towards Birmingham. As you approach the crest of the hill you will need to slow down, in the central reservation you will see a white sign with black text stating Park Hall in 200 yards. After 5 meters, where the privet hedge on the left turns yellow you will find the entrance Lodge at the top of the main carriage drive. For the Second Entrance: Continue on A456 towards Kidderminster After approximately 3 miles you will enter a small village called Blakedown After leaving Blakedown village the road becomes a dual carriageway Stay in the right-hand lane and after approx ½ a mile take the first right crossing the central reservation to and continue down Perriford Lane The second entrance gates are located appoximatley 300 yards down this lane on the left hand side. You will need to use the gate code provided to enter through these gates. From Kidderminster Take the A456 towards Birmingham and continue straight on through the set of traffic lights The road then becomes a dual carriageway Continue on the dual carriageway for approximately 2 miles You will pass Hodge Hill garden centre on your right-hand side After approx half a mile the entrance gates for Park Hall are then situated on your left-hand side, where the privet hedge turns yellow you will find the entrance Lodge at the top of the main carriage drive From Motorway Exit M5 at J4 or M42 Junction 1 and follow the signs for Kidderminster and Stourbridge for approximately 5 miles After arriving at a roundabout with the A456 turn left onto the A456 towards Kidderminster After approximately 3 miles you will enter a small village called Blakedown After leaving Blakedown village the road becomes a dual carriageway Continue up the dual carridge way until you reach Hodgehill Garden Centre on your left hand side, perform a U turn in the Garden Centre car park and cross the dual carridge way heading towards Birmingham. Please note this is only available to the Executive Guests and not to any other guests who may be visiting with the exception of the family of course.Outdoor Adventure Adjoining the Estate is a Hundred Acre wood which takes a pleasant hour or so to stroll around or run if you are more energetic!!!
