Travelling
From M6 South or North-West
Leave the M6 at Junction 6 and follow the A38(M). Follow
signs to ‘City centre, Bromsgrove, (A38)’. Do not take any
exit to left. Go over the flyover and through only 1
Queensway tunnel. On leaving the tunnel, indicate left,
keep in the nearside lane and drive up the parallel running
slip road (Gt. Charles Street) to the Paradise Circus island.
Take the 2nd exit (A456 to Kidderminster), drive along
Broad Street to the Five Ways island where you use the
underpass and we are ¾ mile further up on the right.
From M40 Oxford and South
Arrive on the M42 and travel west towards the M5. Travel
north on the M5 leaving at Junction 3. (see below)
Travel Directions
From M5 South-West
Leave the M5 at Junction 3 and travel towards Birmingham
City Centre along the A456 (Hagley Rd) for 4 miles. We are
on the left hand side just past TGI Fridays.

Fantastic
  The hotel is well located for central Birmingham (around 25 minutes on foot or catch a bus from directly outside the hotel straight into the heart of the city) and now offers free onsite parking, both covered and open air for higher vehicles. Rooms have recently been refurbished in traditional neutral style with touches of warmer colours. Modern conveniences include free WIFI throughout and flat screen TVs with a great choice of satellite channels including Sky Sports 1 and 2. The Executive Room in which we stayed was large with plenty of natural daylight. As the hotel is round in shape, my tip is to choose an Executive Room (or a Single with 3/4 bed for lone travellers looking for best price) for the best outward views. Standard Doubles are just as well equipped but overlook the inner courtyard (air conditioning is provided in the Standard Doubles for maximum comfort). Upgrades are available on arrival for £15 per night from the room type booked subject to availability. There's a good choice for breakfast and evening meals in the open plan restaurant and you can work this off in the hotel's well equipped gym!
