The Hotel has no night porter. Guests arriving after 11pm will be required to make arrangements with the hotel in advance.
Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the date of arrival will not be given a refund unless the room is re-let. The management reserves the right to retain any deposit paid.
All rooms are non-smoking. The Ingfield restaurant is a non-smoking area, however guests are welcome to smoke in the Falcon Bar.
Pets With regret, pets are not allowed to stay at the hotel.
We require a non-refundable deposit of £25 per person to secure your reservation.
