Late Arrivals
The Hotel has no night porter. Guests arriving after 11pm will be required to make arrangements with the hotel in advance.
Cancellations
Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the date of arrival will not be given a refund unless the room is re-let. The management reserves the right to retain any deposit paid.
Smoking Policy
All rooms are non-smoking. The Ingfield restaurant is a non-smoking area, however guests are welcome to smoke in the Falcon Bar.
Pets With regret, pets are not allowed to stay at the hotel.
Deposits
We require a non-refundable deposit of £25 per person to secure your reservation.
This can be made by cash, credit card or cheque. Payments we accept cash, cheques, and the following credit cards:
Switch/Visa/MasterCard/Delta
If you have a problem during your stay please bring it to the attention of the hotel management immediately so they can try and rectify the problem.
